Our humble snow capped abode - check out the icesicles on the left hand side. Some of them are 8 feet long!
This bird bath has been my snow-mometer. It is almost no longer capable of doing the task at hand. Not many bird baths happening though, fo sho!
Lots and lots of snow. The snow is up to the ledge where our porch is ... no more ledge. It's also over the herb pots that sit on the edge of the porch. No more herbs. We have a lot of snow.
Remember the boots? The snow was over the top and down into the boots while I was taking pictures this morning. Guess I'll have to get out the fishin' waiters!
The Volvo has almost disappeared. Too bad the rusty shed hasn't gone that way! (it isn't ours, we can't help it!)
This wall is 56 inches off of the ground. Now hidden in a drift ...
Cool looking trees now!
Our road ... to the right toward Tennessee
Our road to the left toward beautiful downtown Elk Park.
Propane tanks and garbage cans ... all covered up.
Snow on the porch roof ...
Out the front door ...
As you might have heard, it's STILL snowing. Big gobs, lots of inches, hasn't stopped since Monday about midnight. These pictures are from this morning around 10 am ... it isn't the same now at 6 pmish ... much, much more accumulation. And it isn't finished yet. HAVE MERCY!
Hope EVERYONE is safe and warm ... happy and loved.
Blessings to all,
Paul & Cheri
